Texa IDC4E Car 61 Software Update

The new CAR V61.0.0 software update offers a large number of diagnostic developments and special functions to assist technicians who use TEXA’s diagnostic solutions. In conjunction with the updated technical information it will provide better understanding of workshop operations to achieve the desired result.
CAR V61.0.0 includes several new selections for the major manufactuers in the international market. Among these are: ABARTH, AUDI, BENTLEY, BMW, FERRARI, FIAT, FORD, HYUNDAI, JAGUAR, JEEP, KIA, LAMBORGHINI, LAND ROVER, LEXUS, MASERATI, MAZDA, MERCEDES-BENZ, MINI, PORSCHE, ROLLS-ROYCE, SCION, SMART, SUBARU, TOYOTA, VOLKSWAGEN, VOLVO.

During the development, particular attention was given to the new special functions connected to the Systems: PARK ASSIST AND DRIVER ASSISTANCE, CAMERA AND RADAR CALIBRATION, LANGUAGE CHANGE, KEY CODING, PARTICULATE FILTER, FAST FIT and TPM TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING.

Texa IDC4E Bike 26 Software Update

The new IDC4E BIKE V26.0.0 update includes the best of TEXA’s multi-brand diagnostic capabilities, with the support of technical data and additional functions. It is a concentration of new features and improvements concerning the diagnostic systems of the main manufacturers worldwide of motorcycles, scooters, snow mobiles, quads, minicars and personal watercraft.
With the release of this version the IDC4E software includes an additional function: QUICK DIAGNOSIS.


DIAGNOSIS DEVELOPMENTS

Below is a brief overview of the developments introduced in version 26 which now covers a range of 75 makes and over 2300 models.

This update includes three new manufactures BAJAJ, BENELLI (DSK), KELLER and a series of important developments for DUCATI.

The new model “Caponord 1200“ has been included with the related diagnosis of the ABS and petrol injection systems.
BAJAJ
New manufacture. The new models “Ninja 300” and “Ninja 650R” have been included with the related petrol injection system diagnosis.

The new model “Vespa Sprint” has been included for the Korean market with the related ignition system diagnosis.
YAMAHA
The Global Scan function has been included for the models “FJR 1300A”, “FJR 1300AS”, “XT 1200 Z Super Tenerè” and “YZF-R1”.
The speed control system diagnosis of the models “FJR 1300A”, “FJR 1300AS” and “XT 1200 Z Super Tenerè” has been included.

The automatic transmission system diagnosis of the model “FJR 1300AS” has been included.

ARCTIC CAT
The Global Scan function has been included on all the vehicles that have more than one control unit.
In addition to new diagnostic coverage TEXA also offer additional technical information such as data sheets, nominal value sheets, bulletins and wiring diagrams that are updated and extended with each software update.

Within the IDC4E software, you can view all these new features in the DOCUMENTATION menu. There, you will find details of all the makes, models, systems and related diagnostic functions introduced in this version.

NEW DIAGNOSTIC CABLES

With this new version a new cable is available in the BIKE price list:
AP35/OBD: Terminal cable compatible with all HARLEY DAVIDSON vehicles equipped with a 6-way socket (to be used with the cable 3151/AP05).

In the price list it will replace the diagnostic cable 3151/AP35.

NEW SOFTWARE FEATURES

QUICK DIAGNOSIS***
A completely new feature the in the IDC4E software: this new function allows you to access the diagnosis quickly by reducing the number of clicks guaranteeing a correct vehicle diagnosis. This way the usual passages needed to diagnose a vehicle, that require the selection of the make, model, engine code, period and finally the system, are no longer needed.
Simply click on the button related to the function, located near the make, and connect the diagnostic tool to the vehicle.

Based on the vehicle, on its equipment and on the diagnostic cable used, the software will access the injection system directly or it will carry out a scan indicating the systems that are available, with the option of a specific diagnosis.

NOTE

The function is available for the makes listed below however we recommend its use by experienced users only, as extensive knowledge regarding the vehicles being analysed and the use of diagnostic instrumentation is required. The quick diagnosis may not detect particular systems that require a different diagnostic cable rather than the one used for the rest of the equipment. In these specific cases, we recommend the classic diagnosis, selecting the system manually.

The new IDC4E OFF-HIGHWAY V14 update is a result of dedicated extended development that TEXA’s technicians have carried out to the most popular and requested makes in the AGRI and CONSTRUCTION industry. Starting from this version, the software includes new advanced diagnostic developments, able to support all TEXA technicians thanks to equipment that is incomparable and constantly evolving.

The General Diagnosis on the OBD socket was developed for the XA and XB Series Tractors.

The Sisu Tier 4 Diesel Injection Diagnosis was developed for the Fastrac 3000, 4000 and 8000 Series Tractors.
JOHN DEERE
The following Adjustments were added for the 7R Series:
– Suspended axle
– Suspended cabin
– Rear linkage
– Steering sensor
– A/C system and brakes for the 7R Series.
The following Adjustments were added for the 6R Series:
– Suspended axle

LAMBORGHINI
The General Diagnosis on the OBD socket was developed for the Spire and Strike
Series Tractors.
MASSEY FERGUSON
– The General Diagnosis was developed for the 7700 and 8700 Series Tractors;
– The Sisu Tier 4 Diesel Injection was developed for the 7700 Series Tractors.
MERLO
The Deutz Tier 3 Diesel Injection Diagnosis was developed on the TURBOFARMER Series Telehandler.

The Denoxtronic 2 and EDC 7UC31 Diesel Injection Diagnosis was developed on the LM Series Telehandler.

NEW DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES – NORTH AMERICAN MARKET

The new features for the North American market are very interesting, thanks to important diagnostic developments connected to the most common makes and models such as Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi Fuso, Detroit Engine, International, Freightliner and many more.

Starting from the TRUCK 39 version, the VIN Scan and HD ScanTool functions have been improved.

Another important news is the enhancement of the extraordinary SOLVED PROBLEMS function.

VIN SCAN

The VIN Scan function was improved for the Heavy-Duty environment, now applied to all the manufacturers.

HD SCANTOOL

The function was improved and the number of control units that can be analysed was increased.

Allison:

– The Generation 5 system for the 2017 EPA13 vehicles was updated.

Isuzu:

– The new model Isuzu 2017 5.2 Diesel was added.

Hino:

– New Aisin automatic transmission system.
– New Denso Common Rail EPA 98/04 injection system for the Hino Truck Series 3000.
– The Denso Common Rail injection system error list was updated.
– The SCR Burner Control Unit (BCU) EPA 07/10/13 injection system error list was updated.

– The VCS Vehicle Control System error list was updated.

– The Core 2 system was updated for the 2017 EPA13 vehicles.

Wabco:

– The Wabco D ABS was updated completely.
– A new diagnostic system was developed for the HPB ABS control unit.

– The diagnosis was added to trailers with the PLC protocol.

The V11 IDC4E MARINE has been developed to include technical data and additional functions, in one diagnostic solution.

With the version 11 release, the IDC4E software introduces two new features: the QUICK DIAGNOSIS function and the innovative Nominal Values for guided diagnosis.

DIAGNOSIS DEVELOPMENTS

The V11 MARINE now covers 38 makes and over 700 models. Below we will list some of the most important developments and updates included in this version and highlight the introduction of the makes CFMOTO, DAEDONG and FORD MARINE.

CFMOTO

New brand. The diagnosis of the injection of the engine “CF3100C/P” was included.

DAEDONG

New brand. The diagnosis of the injection of the engine “D4DD” was included.

FORD MARINE

New brand. The diagnosis of the injection of the engine “3.2 Duratorq” was included.

INDMAR

The database was updated and the diagnostics were improved.

STEYR MOTORS

The diagnosis of the injection of the engines “SE126E25”, “SE156E26”, “SE196E35”, “SE236E40”, “SE236S36”, “SE266E40”, “SE266S36”, “SE286E40” and “SE306J38” was included. The diagnosis of these engines requires the new diagnostic cable AM32 (see chapter NEW DIAGNOSTIC CABLES).

VM MOTORI

The diagnosis of the injection of the engines “MD704LH”, “MD704LI”, “MD704LS”, “MD706LB”, “MD706LH”, “MD706LI”, “MD706LS”, “MD706LX”, “MD706MS” and “MD706MX” was included.

YAMAHA MARINE

The diagnosis of the injection of the new engines “F115”, “F175”, “F200”, “VF115”, “VF150” and “VF175” was included.

SEA-DOO (BRP)

The database and the diagnostic coverage were updated up to 2015.
